In Memory of Lewis M. Borgenicht

Lewis M. Borgenicht, FSA, MAAA, a resident of Port Murray, New Jersey, passed away on May 4, 2002. Borgenicht grew up in Long Island, New York and attended St. John's University's Peter J. Tobin College of Business (formerly The College of Insurance), class of 1982. He started his actuarial career at the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company as a college of insurance intern. He continued his career at Metropolitan Life and was a senior pricing actuary until 1989 when he joined Buck Consultants and worked there as a consulting actuary for two years. From 1991 through 2000 Borgenicht was a consulting actuary for AON/Actuarial Services Associates Inc. from 1991 through 2000.

He is survived by his two teenaged children, Katie and Phillip and his sister, Nancy Borgenicht.
