In Memory of Irwin I. "Wynn" Kent

Irwin I. "Wynn" Kent, ASA, MAAA, FCA, passed away on February 2, 2005 at the age of 81. Kent was a partner in Actuarial Services Inc., a consulting company that designed and administered employee benefit plans, before retiring in 1991. Prior to that post, he was a consulting actuary with the Pension Planning Co., New York City. He was a tennis enthusiast and was actively involved in the creation of and indoor/outdoor municipal pool complex and senior citizen housing facility in his community. Kent is survived by his wife, Marian; a son, Kenneth; a brother, Morton J.; and a grandchild.
