General Information
Signatures on Examination Answer Sheets and Envelopes
Candidates are required to sign their answer sheets and envelopes. Candidates submitting examinations
without a signed statement on the multiple–choice answer sheet or written–answer envelope will not
receive a grade for those examinations. The statement to be signed reads:
"I have neither given nor received assistance of any kind on this examination. I understand the examination
is confidential and will not disclose its contents. This examination is being written with the understanding
that if the answer sheet/envelope is returned unsigned,
it will not be graded."
Envelopes for written–answer examinations will be opened in the SOA office. Committee officers and graders
will receive information identifying candidates only by candidate number.
