About Compliance
The Society of Actuaries Long–Term Care Insurance Compliance
Networking Track is a voluntary organization that serves as a forum for the
compliance community within the long term care insurance industry. The track
promotes the exchange of ideas about compliance related issues, education,
research, and professional development for long term care insurance compliance
professionals. Members will follow both the letter and spirit of anti-trust laws
that prohibit any activities that might lessen or tend to lessen desirable
competition among insurance companies.
