CAEs seeking to submit courses to be evaluated for VEE approval that currently do not appear in the VEE Directory or courses that have gone through significant changes to their syllabus that would require another review will use this form: Application for Course Evaluation - CAE

If requesting an extension of the approved timeframe for a course that is already listed in the VEE Directory, please email vee@soa.org for instructions.
